1. PROHIBITED HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Customer agrees NOT to load wet paint, asbestos, automotive batteries, motor oil, fuels, propane tanks, bio-waste, or freon appliances into container.

2. OVERWEIGHT CHARGES: Base rental includes 2.0 Tons (4,000 lbs). Any weight exceeding the limit as verified by certified municipal scale tickets will be billed at $95.00 per ton.

3. MAXIMUM FILL LINE: Debris must not exceed the top rail of the container. Hauler reserves the right to refuse transport of overloaded or hazardous bins.

4. DRIVEWAY & PROPERTY WAIVER: Customer authorizes placement on private driveway and accepts responsibility for standard pavement marking.
